This evening, Marta Zenoni, Luiss Top Athlete Alumna, will take to the track at the Olympic Stadium in Rome for the women's 1500 metres race, during the 44th edition of the Golden Gala Pietro Mennea, one of the meetings of the Wanda Diamond League.
A member of the Unipol AS Luiss track and field team and an honours graduate in Management at the University, Marta is one of the most promising Italian middle-distance runners, holder of the Italian indoor record in the 1500 metres and a gold medallist in the mixed relay at the 2024 European Cross Country Championships.
Her participation is a source of pride for the entire Luiss community and for the University’s Unipol AS Luiss track and field team, testifying to the value of the Luiss Top Athletes programme and the excellent results achieved by those who combine sport and education at the highest levels.
The race is scheduled for 10.49 p.m. The Luiss community is invited to support Marta Zenoni at this important international event.
