Second-level master's degree

This master's program is aimed at providing specialized theoretical, methodological and applicable training with regard to human resource management and industrial relations. The goal of the program is to train professionals able to define trade union policies and manage personnel offices, with full knowledge of legal problems with regard to labor, as well as to deal with workers’ organizations, trade associations, companies and institutions linked to the world of production such as Inps, Inail, and various labor departments.
