Second-level master's degree

This master's program fosters the development of managerial skills for health care and hospital systems, research hospitals, teaching hospitals and private health care facilities, by performing an integrated analysis of systems, tools and management methodologies that can successfully be applied to health care organizations. The master will allow participants to acquire the necessary skills to solve organizational, accounting and human resources management issues and to assess outcomes of managerial decisions made in terms of cost and quality of services.

The master aims to instill knowledge in participants with regard to the functioning of national and regional health care systems using a comparative perspective, in order to understand the specific characteristics of our system and the changes therein, analyzing models and the dynamics of the organizational functioning of health care facilities with special reference to the topic of organizational planning and the mechanisms of coordination and integration between the various organizational units.
