Saverio Bozzolan has been at Luiss since 2014, where he teaches Financial Statement Analysis. He has served as a visiting scholar at the Industrial and Finance Division of the Bank of England and at Cass Business School. His areas of expertise include financial statements, corporate governance, compliance, and control systems. He holds positions on boards of directors, control bodies, and supervisory committees.
The course on International Accounting Principles—part of the Bachelor's Degree program in Accounting, Finance, and Control—offers a consulting approach to the issues related to the application of IAS/IFRS accounting standards through project work, where students can demonstrate their problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.

Career Opportunities
Graduates of the Master's Degree program in Accounting, Finance, and Control can find positions in the Administration, Finance, and Control functions of industrial and service companies, as well as in business and professional consulting within consulting firms and/or auditing companies, focusing on business valuation, extraordinary transactions, corporate governance, and tax planning.
The degree program also allows access to national procedures for qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Specifically, the signing of a dedicated agreement with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome provides those who present a specific study plan with various advantages for accessing the professions of chartered accountant and legal auditor.
