Students of the ‘Economic Development and Business in China’ course explore the impact of economic, political, and societal changes caused by industry, finance, trade, and digitalization of contemporary China and how these contributed towards its economic ascent.
This course of Microeconomics provides a tool to think critically about how incentives and policies shape decision making processes and how they are represented in economic theory.
In my courses I encourage students to explore how mathematics permeates every facet of the social sciences.
Business impacts the economic health of developed countries. We will blend theory and practice to explore the laws and principles governing businesses and analyze how rules affect companies’ orientation toward markets, their behavior, and role in the economy.
