On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Double Degree agreement with Fudan University, a LUISS delegation went to China.
The visit provided an opportunity to organize a bilateral talk on Current Economic and Geopolitical Challenges in the Energy Sector: Looking for a cooperation between Italy and China.
Some experts addressed the issue from a political and a technical-economical perspective, analysing the relationship between China – one of the major energy consumer and producer – and Italy, which is home to the main energy multinationals.
The discussion has been split up into three different panels (Global Energy Trends and China Economy Outlook; A China-Europe Comparison on Energy Trends: Regulation, Technology, New Developments; The Role of Finance in the Energy Industry) each examining the relationship between the two States and pointing out the opportunities and future developments the energy sector entails.
