On Friday, September 4, the LUISS admission test will be held for bachelor’s degree programs in Economics and Management, Economics and Business and Political Science as well as the single-cycle master’s program in Law. This is the last admission test session for the 2015-2016 academic year and the last opportunity to win a merit-based, full-ride scholarship.
Project 9000 allows students to attend their first year of university tuition-free contingent upon receiving a score of 9000 or more on the admission test. Scores are calculated by multiplying the admission test result, expressed in hundredths, by the students’ secondary school final grade, starting from a minimum of 90. Students with a score of 100/100 and honors will be assigned a score of 101. The scholarship may be renewed for the entire duration of the students’ chosen degree program, as long as students remain up to date in their study plan and carries a grade point average of 28/30.
Internationalization, entrepreneurialism, and innovation are the key concepts of an educational path with an eye on the horizon, that “unites vision and substance,” as affirmed by LUISS General Director Giovanni Lo Storto. “Universities must be a place for ambitious young people to achieve their dreams and focus their ambitions.”
Our degree programs respond to the ever more competitive and global labor market, which has brought a 120% increase in applications to master’s degree programs in the past year. Practical experience and work-directed studies reinforce LUISS students’ employability: 80% of our graduates find a job within a year of graduation thanks to degree programs with web and digital components, volunteer opportunities in fields confiscated from the mafia and prisons and the opportunity to cultivate the LUISS community garden.
Developing entrepreneurial skills is one of the University’s primary focuses. Our students have access to co-working spaces in i-lab LUISS, the University’s business experimentation laboratory. They can also create a startup thanks to the LUISS ENLABS business accelerator.
Exchanging knowledge further enriches the University’s educational offerings: LUISS has 152 exchange agreements with prestigious universities from around the world, guaranteeing students international mobility while our 16 Double Degree programs allow students from each Department to obtain recognitions from our partner universities while completing their studies at LUISS.
