The QTEM (Quantitative Techniques for Economics and Management network) program will once again be open to students enrolled in their first year of the master’s degree in Management with a major in Corporate Finance for the 2015-2016 academic year.

To take part in the program, interested students must complete their study plan with the Theory of Finance course taught by Professor Nicola Borri from the Department of Economics and Finance, during the second semester of their first year. They must take the exam in the summer session 2015-2016 (for 8 credits), taking one of the two elective courses of the study plan in advance.

By Thursday, February 4, 2016, interested students will have to submit a written request to the Student Office, asking to take the elective course of 8 credits in their first year instead of the second and then add it to their study plan.

In June of their first year, when students are asked to choose their elective courses, students who have moved the Theory of Finance course earlier in their study plan will have to choose one elective course (through Web Self-Service) instead of two.

Students who are not selected at the end of the candidate selection process or who do not take the exam during the summer session can choose to leave the exam in their study plans or replace it with another course, in which case they must submit a written request to the Student Office to delete the Theory of Finance course from their study plan.

The new call for applications for the QTEM program is available online.
