Master in Turismo e Territorio: economia, marketing, ecosostenibilità
First-level master's degree
This master, offered in conjunction with Federturismo Confindustria and with the support of Roma Capitale, is a response to requests for specialized training in Confindustria’s network of tourism businesses. It is the first university master established by LUISS Guido Carli, where an interdisciplinary approach and close links between the academic and business worlds have proven to be and continue to be a successful model.
The study plan consists of courses in six disciplinary areas: economic management, legal administration, marketing, regional economics and development, linguistics, IT and ICTs. The program consists of approximately 500 hours of classroom lectures, workshops and tutorials; with 120 hours of guest lectures, meetings and technical seminars.
During their months in the classroom, students carry out numerous group projects, research and papers, participate in a business game in teams, draft a business plan for a new company, build a company web site accompanied by a social network, contribute to the organization of events such as conferences, workshops, career days, which are held annually by the master in conjunction with its partners.
Director: Prof. Melina Decaro, full professor of Comparative Public Law, LUISS Guido Carli.
