Instructions for Admitted Students – Master’s Programs
If you were admitted during the extra-EU selection for the 2025/2026 academic year, you must reserve your enrollment online no later than April 22nd, 2025.
What happens at the beginning of April? You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access the Luiss system and begin the enrollment reservation process.
Steps to follow:
- Retrieve your login credentials via the link provided in the email
- Access the Luiss Web Self Service portal
- Upload the required documents
- Pay the first installment of the tuition fee
Tuition installment amounts:
- €4,600.00 for all Master’s programs
- €5,100.00 for the Corporate Finance and Management programs
Non-extendable deadline: April 22nd, 2025
Finalizing Enrollment
After reserving your enrollment and paying the first installment, you will be able to finalize your enrollment by November 13th, 2025 – only if the following conditions are met:
- You have obtained a valid Bachelor’s degree qualifying you for admission to a Master’s program
- You have paid the regional student tax and the stamp duty
- You have uploaded the completed and signed enrollment application to the online platform

Frequently Asked Question
Reservation will be available from the end of March 2025, as indicated in the Call for Applications. Admitted students will receive an email communication with all the instructions to access the Luiss portal and start the procedure.
Reservation must be completed by April 22nd, 2025. This is a final deadline: there is no extension or possibility for later regularization. The reservation is for the 2025/2026 academic year only.
After receiving the communication with credentials:
- Log in to utility.luiss.it and enter your tax code.
- You will receive an email with username and temporary password.
- The first time you access Web Self Service, you will be asked to set a new personal password.
- Start the reservation process by selecting from the top-right menu: “Registration/Certificates” → “Enrolment/Summer School”.
- Fill in all the required data and upload the necessary documentation.
Go to utility.luiss.it, enter your tax code (or personal ID), and follow the recovery process.
New login credentials will be sent to the email address you used during your application.
Once you have completed the online application:
- Enter the “Enrolment/Certificates” → “Payments” section of the Web Self Service portal.
- Click on the payment slip ID to download the payment notice.
- You can either proceed online with PagoPA or print the payment notice.
For the academic year 2025/2026, the first installment due by April 22nd, 2025 is:
- 4,600.00 euros for all master's courses
- 5,100.00 euros for courses in Corporate Finance and Management.
The payment of the first installment is a prerequisite for booking registration.
After payment, log back into Web Self Service and visit the Payment section. If a green light is displayed next to the payment, it indicates that the reservation was successful.
The one-off fee for the first year of enrollment is:
- 13,600.00 euros for standard master's courses
- 15,300.00 euros for courses in Corporate Finance and Management.
Installments:
- First installment: April 22nd, 2025
- Second installment: November 2025
- Third installment: February 2026
The enrollment finalization must take place by November 13th, 2025, and requires:
- The completion of a bachelor's degree valid for access to master's degree programs
- The payment of the regional fee and stamp duty
- The upload of the signed enrollment application complete with the required documents
Enrollment is considered completed only if all steps have been completed on time.
If you will obtain a foreign degree in AY 2024/2025, make sure that your degree:
- Is issued by an official university in the country of origin
- Grants access to Master’s programs in that country
- Provides for at least 15 years of total education (primary, secondary, and bachelor level)
