Master in Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives

Our fast-paced business world demands professionals responsible for corporate governance and oversight to be well-versed and ready to respond to challenges companies are confronted with, especially in terms of global economic and legal parameters on a national or international level.

The objective of this master’s degree is to cultivate corporate lawyers who can bring a level of expertise over the appropriate mechanisms of enterprise organization and operations, and to forge executives with significant expertise in civil and common law practice.

The master’s program is taught by a highly experienced, international faculty, and through using interactive modules to represent courts of laws, students can analyze and gain experience with various legal issues they may be faced with and which may vary in interpretation based on the country you practice in.

The program:

  • Serves as an important bridge between academic experience and the working world, thanks to an interdisciplinary approach and hands-on lessons.
  • Is designed to enhance students’ employability by rounding out their academic career with highly sought after specializations and core competencies currently demanded by management and corporate legal offices, international organizations and the most prestigious Italian and international law offices serving corporate clients around the world.
