Programme Insight
A legal education enriched by a strong cosmopolitan dimension: the programme combines the learning of law with an in-depth exploration of economics and management of technological innovation, thus providing a comprehensivepreparation. The programme provides the necessary skills to successfully navigate the complexities of transnational law, equipping students to handle legal issues in a variety of sectors and cultural contexts. This unique programme extends beyond the traditional areas of law to include advanced studies of how laws interface with the global economy and technology. Students learn how law regulates innovation, study international regulatory frameworks and examine the legal implications of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. In addition, the programme encourages students to develop a critical and analytical vision, which is essential for analysing and solving legal problems in complex and variable scenarios. The focus on global governance and human rights further emphasises the importance of an ethically informed and socially responsible legal practice.
