Who are Luiss Alumni?

All individuals who have earned a Bachelor’s degree or completed postgraduate training of at least 6 months at Luiss or one of the Schools.

Is it necessary to register/pay a fee?

No, the title of Alumnus/a is automatically conferred as soon as you earn the degree or complete the course in line with the requirements.

What is the difference between the Alumni Network and ALL – Luiss Alumni Association?

The Luiss Alumni Network was established in June 2023 following the dissolution of the Luiss Alumni Association. Unlike the Luiss Alumni Association, LAN does not require the payment of a membership fee.

How can I stay up-to-date on the activities of the Alumni Network?

To stay informed about our activities, follow the Luiss Alumni Network on social channels. Alternatively, contact us at to alumni@luiss.it for more information.

How can I actively contribute to the Alumni Network?

Every single personal idea has the potential to generate a significant and positive impact within the community! If you would like to be an active part of the network, join events, and reach out to us at alumni@luiss.it

What are Chapters?

They are groups of graduates present nationally and internationally who organize activities with the aim of bringing together the Luiss community in the region, fostering connections with the University, and enhancing the sense of belonging to the network. Each Chapter is coordinated by a Chapter Leader assisted by a committee of volunteer Alumni. 

Can I create a Chapter?

If there is a significant number of Luiss Alumni in your city but not a Chapter, please contact the team at alumni@luiss.it to receive all the necessary information.

How does account conversion from student to alumni take place?

Starting in 2017, the email account conversion from name.surname@studenti.luiss.it to name.surname@alumni.luiss.it happens automatically at the end of each graduation session. When the process begins, you will receive an email from Luiss IT support with all the necessary information.

My account has not been converted/I can't remember my password. Who can I contact?

For inquiries about the conversion and to recover the credentials of the account name.surname@alumni.luiss.it, please contact Luiss IT Support by attaching ID and social security number.

I am a graduate pre-2017. How can I create an Alumni Account?

You can create your Alumni account by clicking here and entering your Web Self Service credentials. To retrieve your Web Self Service credentials, please contact alumni@luiss.it

Can I access the campuses?

Luiss Campuses on Viale Romania, Via Parenzo, and Viale Pola continue to be landmarks for Alumni. Click here for more details on modalities and limitations.

Can I access the Library?

Access to the Library and services is always possible for Alumni who activate Library membership. For non-member Alumni, the Library offers a limited number of dedicated stations at the Periodicals Room. Click here for more details.
