Debuting in the category of large non-state universities (i.e., those with over 10,000 students) in the 2024 - 2025 CENSIS ranking, Luiss University has immediately secured first place thanks to significant growth in all evaluated indicators.
The prestigious ranking is compiled by CENSIS, the leading socio-economic research institute in Italy, which produces a detailed analysis of the national university system each year.
With an average total of 96 points, Luiss has grown in all the indicators considered by the ranking.
In particular, the University achieved the highest possible score for scholarships, a unique result among non-state universities. For the 2024/25 academic year, over 1,700 scholarships and exemptions were made available, demonstrating Luiss’ commitment to supporting merit.
Also recognised were the level of internationalisation, thanks to collaborations with 360 universities in 73 countries and 69 double and triple degree programmes, as well as the quality of communication and digital services offered.
