Soft skills

Luiss offers all students the opportunity to take part in additional, innovative and practical activities aimed at helping them face new challenges and the complexities of the business world more successfully.

The courses aim to train and develop soft skills, which are always in high demand and valued in work contexts, to complement the technical skills acquired during studies. Students and professionals collaborate in group work, games and simulations through field experience.

All courses have a specific focus on the themes of Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability, to raise awareness of the value of everyone's contribution in building a better society.

Refining students' skills is essential to provide, in addition to high-level theoretical training, an aptitude for practical learning that constitutes an additional competitive advantage to be spent in the future.

Please also be advised that for the purpose of calculating the score for selection for International Exchange Programs with European (Erasmus+) and non-European countries and for Double Degree and Structured Partnership Programs all credits valid for graduation purposes obtained and registered in the curriculum by the end of the winter exam session will be considered (including any credits obtained for internships, languages, seminars, soft skills, summer schools, early learning, etc.). Credits from any free courses will not be considered.

In this section you will be able to see the list of courses whose attendance results in the acquisition of Formative Credits provided in the curriculum for "Other Activities." The information refers to the courses of the a.y. 2023-2024.

The calendar of activities will be available in September.
