The Erasmus Student Network at LUISS Guido Carli organized an international dinner on the evening of Monday, June 16 to say good-bye to all of the foreign students at our university.
The International Students' Night saw this year’s Erasmus students engage in a culinary battle to produce the best traditional dishes, from South American empanadas to Spanish tortillas by way of succulent central European soups and meats.
As can be seen in the photo gallery, students voted for their favorite dishes as well as for the most popular students. The evening was also an occasion to celebrate the fourth anniversary of ESN Roma LUISS. In addition, the voluntary donation of blankets, clothing, canned food and personal care products supported the Help the Balkans! initiative to help thousands of victims of the recent floods in the Balkans.
