The Luiss Green Mobility project is the first University European pilot project to provide E-mobility services and related smart services, supported by a management ICT platform with remote control of all the operational functions of the system.
The project, launched in 2013 and managed by Acea Innovation, is part of a broader strategy of sustainable development promoted by Luiss.
Shuttle Service
Luiss Shuttle service is the shuttle service that connects the Luiss Campuses of Romania and Parenzo. The service is available from Monday to Saturday from 7.45 a.m. to 8.55 p.m. The service is available every 10 minutes during weekdays and every 20 minutes on Saturdays and holidays.
The service is managed by Cilia Italia (RATP Development) in partnership with Acea Innnovation and it is a highly innovative, ecological, collective transport system, which includes the use of 5 shuttles, of which No. 3 to gas and No. 2 full electric.
The Shuttle Service can be booked via the Luiss App, which also allows you to:
- check the location of the shuttles
- arrival times at the bus stop
- book a seat accessible to people with reduced mobility
The booking confirmation must be made within 5 minutes before the departure of the ride; otherwise the reservation is cancelled.
Any booked and not used journey booked must be cancelled before the closure of the booking in the section "My bookings".
If you fail to use more than 2 bookings, without prior cancellation, it will be impossible to use the service for the following week.
