First-level master's degree

This master’s degree provides skills, conceptual frameworks and methods of analysis aimed at enhancing real estate assets in terms of creating value. In this sense, it expresses an advanced synthesis both of financial knowledge addressed in recent theoretical and applied formulations and the evolution of real estate development in different institutional contexts (companies, investors and companies specialized in real estate development).

The program focuses on the entire real estate supply chain, taking in business models  institutional organization, the acquisition and transfer of real estate assets, as well as their management and appreciation in financial terms. Skills in this area include property management of companies and of other real estate development institutions, as well as issues connected with urban and regional planning. This course, moreover, addresses several emerging issues with strong institutional value, such as community housing and the transfer of state property to local and regional authorities.

The breadth and variety of content applications as well as the theoretical, evaluative and methodological examinations that characterize the academic program’s structure, offer participants an extensive range of professional opportunities, in which they can operate with added-value and context-specific skills.

In addition to transmitting knowledge and methodologies of valuation analysis,  the teaching approach develops decision-making, problem-solving, planning and behavioral skills including communication, negotiation and motivation.
