I am Professor of Corporate Finance. My fields of specialization are Corporate Finance, Banking, Innovation and International Trade. I published several papers in leading international journals, including Journal of the European Economic Association, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance. I obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bari.
