The Gender Balance is an analysis and planning tool that allows us to thoroughly assess our University’s progress towards achieving gender equality.
Developed in alignment with the CRUI Guidelines and building on the Gender Equality Plan approved in March 2022, the Gender Balance goes beyond providing a snapshot of the current situation. It outlines the ongoing transformation of our Community, highlighting the starting point and trends that have shaped Luiss in recent years.
The document identifies the distinctive aspects of gender equality at Luiss, while also acknowledging areas of improvement. We recognise that the commitment to achieve gender equality is a goal for our University and also a means by which Luiss can contribute to social development, positioning itself as a reference point on both the national and international stages.
