At the meeting of the Board of Directors on 25 June, the University's new Sustainability and Impact Report, drawn up and certified on the basis of the GRI Standards, was presented. The document describes the value generated by the Luiss community for its stakeholders and testifies to its commitment to promoting a sustainable, inclusive and responsible development model in line with Agenda 2030.
The Report is a transparent reporting tool through which the University shares, with the outside world, its vision and the results of its daily actions, which are geared towards protecting the environment, people's wellbeing and respect for future generations.
We invest in five capitals to create value
The document is structured around the value creation model and the five areas in which the University invests to generate a positive impact:

Human capital: through education and research on sustainability, the wellbeing of students, faculty and staff, and inclusion initiatives, scholarships and volunteering.

Social and relational capital: thanks to partnerships for sustainability, inclusion and gender equality, and through international networks, events and career readiness programmes.

Physical capital: with sustainable spaces, accessible services and infrastructure that promote quality of life on campus.

Environmental capital: through environmental impact reduction initiatives allied to carbon footprint analysis and offsetting, thanks to which the University has achieved important international recognition, placing 13th in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings.

Economic and financial capital: through the responsible use of resources to ensure the long-term sustainability of the University's projects.
