The Department of Business and Management of Luiss University invites outstanding scholars to express their interest for a full-time, tenured professorship launched in partnership with Angelini Holding in the field of Strategic Innovation.

Requirements
We seek candidates with a strong commitment to research and teaching and the aspiration to contribute to the international expansion of Luiss University. Ideal candidates will hold a PhD from a leading university and possess a track record of publications in major international journals. They will have research experience on and/or intend to pursue research in the field of Strategic Innovation, with a focus on digital innovation, strategic renewal, and open innovation. They will show a passionate determination to join our faculty as a team player and to collaborate with executives and managers of Angelini Holding and other Luiss corporate partners.
Role and Responsibilities
The position holder is expected to undertake rigorous and innovative research, publish in top international journals and provide academic leadership in research and teaching. They are also expected to contribute to the broader collegial and intellectual life of Luiss and its community.
The position offers the opportunity to launch new research streams while teaching – in undergraduate or graduate programs – on preferred subjects. Teaching assistantships are available. The Chair holder will supervise master’s dissertations and bachelor’s papers and is expected to contribute to the university’s ambitious PhD program. The appointment as Associate or Full Professor will depend on the candidate’s academic profile. The position is full-time and the salary is competitive.
