Luiss UE Test: Results and Enrollment Instructions 2025/2026

The II session of admissions with the Luiss Test for EU students in the 2025/2026 academic year offered the following number of spots per degree course:

The final deadline to complete enrollment is set for July 22, 2025. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Please note:

• Enrollment, if completed, is valid exclusively for the 2025/2026 academic year and for the admitted degree program only. It cannot be transferred to subsequent academic years or other degree programs.
   

Please follow these steps to complete your enrollment at Luiss by the deadline of July 22:

1. Retrieve Your Password for the Luiss Web Self Service
   • Go to https://utility.luiss.it/ and enter your tax code.
   • The credentials will be sent to the email address you provided during the Luiss selection registration phase.
2. Log In and Change Your Password
   • Login to the Web Self-service with the credentials you received.
   • After logging in for the second time, you will be prompted to set a new password. Safeguard it carefully, as it will be required for all future accesses to the Luiss system.
3. Start the Enrolment Procedure
   • From the top-right menu, select: “Registration/Certificates” → “Enrolment/Summer School”.
   • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue button to begin the process.
   • Enter all required information accurately.
4. Provide Alternative Contact Details
   • During the procedure, you will be asked to enter additional contact information (under “Enter Data” or similar).
   • After entering these details, click “Confirm” and you will automatically return to the home page.
   • Go back to “Registration/Certificates” → “Enrolment/Summer School” to continue.
5. Upload the Required Documents
   • Identification Document (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) in PDF format.
   • Passport-Sized Photo (front-facing) in JPEG, for identification purposes at Luiss.
   • Tax Code Card / Health Card in PDF (only for students residing in Italy).
   • In the “Secondary School Diploma” section, upload the required proof of diploma completion. For foreign qualifications, consult the following page.
6. Pay the First Installment
   • Once you have completed the procedure, a summary page will appear.
   • Within the specified deadline, you must pay the I installment of €4,356.00 that includes the regional tax and stamp duty.
   • To download the payment slip, go to “Enrolment/Certificates” → “Payments” in the top-right menu and click on the payment slip ID.
   • At the bottom of the page, click “Pay with PagoPA” to pay online or “Print notice for PagoPA” to print a payment slip.

Attention: The deadline for booking enrollment at Luiss Guido Carli is strictly final. It cannot be regularized later, even with a penalty fee.

In the days following your deposit, please check the “Payments” section in your Luiss Web Self Service area:

• If you see a green light next to the payment, it means the procedure has been correctly recorded.
  
  
   

For the 2025/2026 academic year, the total tuition fee for First-year enrollment in Luiss Bachelor’s Degree Programs and the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Program in Law is €12,600.00, divided into three installments:

1. First installment due on July 22, 2025.
2. Second installment due in November 2025.
3. Third installment due in February 2026.

Validity of the Entrance Qualification

• Your secondary school diploma must comply with current regulations on admission qualifications in Italy.
• Under the guidelines of the Italian Ministry for University and Research, a foreign qualification is valid for admission to Italian universities only if:
• It is issued by an official school in the foreign educational system.
• It is valid for university enrollment in the issuing country.
• It is obtained after at least 12 years of combined primary and secondary education.
• Only qualifications achieved after a minimum of two years of attendance in the foreign educational system are considered valid for Luiss enrollment.
• Note: Candidates are responsible for verifying in advance that their qualification is valid for admission to Luiss Bachelor’s and Single-Cycle Master’s Degrees. Admission does not imply automatic acceptance of the qualification’s validity; official verification occurs during enrollment.

Academic Suitability Exam and/or National University Entrance Exam

• If your foreign educational system requires an entrance exam for university-level studies, the qualification is valid only with proof that this exam has been passed.
• If you have not passed the exam, you must fulfill one of the following requirements:
• Completing one year of university, passing all first-year exams.
• Completing a foundation course.
• Completing two years of university if your secondary education system totals 11 years.

Enrollment Conditions

• Always refer to the specific conditions and deadlines in each Luiss Call for Application.
• To finalize your enrollment, you must provide all required documentation by the stated deadlines.
• Please note that admission does not mean your qualification is automatically recognized; it will be reviewed during enrollment.
