Luiss UE Test: Results and Enrollment Instructions 2025/2026

For the I session of the 2025/2026 a.y. of Luiss Test selection for EU students for each course are available:

According to the Luiss Guido Carli Call for Application, students admitted through the 1st session of the Luiss EU Admission Test must adhere to the following enrollment deadlines:

End of March 2025 → The enrollment booking phase begins. Students will receive an official communication with instructions on how to complete the process.

April 15, 2025 → Final deadline for booking enrollment and paying the first installment of €4,200.00.

Important Notes:

• The April 15, 2025, deadline is final and cannot be extended.
• Late regularization is not allowed, even with the payment of a penalty fee.
• Enrollment booking is valid only for the 2025/2026 academic year and cannot be deferred to future years.

Ensure you complete your enrollment booking on time to secure your place at Luiss Guido Carli!

Please follow these steps to book your enrollment at Luiss:

1. Retrieve Your Password for the Luiss Web Self Service
   • Go to https://utility.luiss.it/ and enter your tax code.
   • The credentials will be sent to the email address you provided during the Luiss selection registration phase.
2. Log In and Change Your Password
   • After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set a new password.
   • Safeguard it carefully, as it will be required for all future accesses to the Luiss system.
3. Start the Booking Procedure
   • From the top-right menu, select: “Registration/Certificates” → “Enrolment/Summer School”.
   • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue button to begin the booking process.
   • Enter all required information accurately.
4. Provide Alternative Contact Details
   • During the procedure, you will be asked to enter additional contact information (under “Enter Data” or similar).
   • After entering these details, click “Confirm” and you will automatically return to the home page.
   • Go back to “Registration/Certificates” → “Enrolment/Summer School” to continue.
5. Upload the Required Documents
   • Identification Document (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) in PDF format.
   • Passport-Sized Photo (front-facing) in JPEG, for identification purposes at Luiss.
   • Tax Code Card / Health Card in PDF (only for students residing in Italy).
   • In the “Secondary School Diploma” section, click “Next” at the bottom of the page. (No need to update diploma details at this stage; you can do so after obtaining your diploma.)
6. Pay the First Installment
   • Once you have completed the procedure, a summary page will appear.
   • Within the specified deadline, you must pay the first installment of €4,200.00.
   • To download the payment slip, go to “Enrolment/Certificates” → “Payments” in the top-right menu and click on the payment slip ID.
   • At the bottom of the page, click “Pay with PagoPA” to pay online or “Print notice for PagoPA” to print a payment notice.

Attention: The deadline for booking enrollment at Luiss Guido Carli is strictly final. It cannot be regularized later, even with a penalty fee.

In the days following your deposit, please check the “Payments” section in your Luiss Web Self Service area:

• If you see a green light next to the payment, it means the procedure has been correctly recorded.
  
   

For the 2025/2026 academic year, the total tuition fee for first-year enrollment in Luiss Bachelor’s Degree Programs and Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Programs in Law is €12,600.00, divided into three installments:

1. First installment due on April 15, 2025.
2. Second installment due in November 2025.
3. Third installment due in February 2026.
    

• Students who have correctly booked their enrollment (by paying the required first installment on time) and obtained a valid secondary school diploma according to ministerial regulations for Italian universities in the 2024/2025 academic year must finalize their enrollment at Luiss by July 22, 2025.
• Any request for late enrollment or late registration at Luiss Guido Carli will not be accepted.

Steps to Finalize Enrollment (from late June to July 22, 2025):

1. Pay the Regional Tax and Stamp Duty
   • Use the Web Self Service procedure to pay these fees.
2. Print, Sign, and Upload the Enrollment Application
   • Submit the application, along with all required documentation, no later than July 22, 2025.

IMPORTANT: Enrollment is only valid if it has been booked properly by paying the first installment within the deadlines stated in the Luiss Call for Application. It is considered fully complete after:

• Payment of the regional tax and stamp duty.
• Upload of the enrollment application.
• Obtaining a valid secondary school diploma by July 22, 2025, for admission to Bachelor’s Degrees in Italy.
• Verification of any self-certified information.

Validity of the Entrance Qualification

• You must independently verify all required documents and admission prerequisites on the dedicated Luiss webpage for your specific diploma.
• Your secondary school diploma must comply with current regulations on admission qualifications in Italy.
• Under the guidelines of the Italian Ministry for University and Research, a foreign qualification is valid for admission to Italian universities only if:

1. It is issued by an official school in the foreign educational system.
2. It is valid for university enrollment in the issuing country.
3. It is obtained after at least 12 years of combined primary and secondary education.

• Only qualifications achieved after a minimum of two years of attendance in the foreign educational system are considered valid for Luiss enrollment.

Note: Candidates are responsible for verifying in advance that their qualification is valid for admission to Luiss Bachelor’s and Single-Cycle Master’s Degrees. Admission does not imply automatic acceptance of the qualification’s validity; official verification occurs during enrollment.

Academic Suitability Exam and/or National University Entrance Exam

• If your foreign educational system requires an entrance exam for university-level studies, the qualification is valid only with proof that this exam has been passed.
• If you have not passed the exam, you must fulfill the requirement by one of the following:

1. Completing one year of university, passing all first-year exams.
2. Completing a foundation course.
3. Completing two years of university if your secondary education system totals 11 years.

Enrollment Conditions

• Always refer to the specific conditions and deadlines in each Luiss Call for Application.
• To finalize your enrollment, you must provide all required documentation by the stated deadlines.
