LUISS launches Project 9000, which will give unlimited full scholarships to all the deserving students who are entering in the University.
Merit is the exclusive standard for these scholarships: students who will participate in the admission test for bachelor’s degree programs in Political Science, Economics and Management, and Economics and Business or in the single-cycle master's degree program in Law will get the scholarships just on the basis of their talent and skills. To earn a total exemption from paying tuition fees for the 2015/2016 academic year, students must have obtained a minimum score of 9000, calculated by multiplying their score on the admission test, expressed in hundredths, by their secondary school final grade, starting with a minimum of 90 (a grade of 100/100 plus honors will be given a score of 101).
Project 9000 scholarship may be confirmed for the entire duration of the program that the student has enrolled in, as long as the student is up to date with their exams in their study plan and has earned a weighted grade point average of no less than 28/30, each year as of the autumn exam session.
The next admission test for bachelor's and single-cycle master's degree programs will take place on Friday, September 4 in Rome. The test lasts 90 minutes and consists of 70 multiple-choice questions, where only one answer is correct. 70% of the questions are aptitude-based (to measure reasoning skills) and 30% are on specific topics (to measure knowledge acquired over the course of secondary school).
Registration for the test can only be done online through this internet site until September 2 inclusive. In the September session there are 450 open spots for the 2015/2016 academic year, divided among the degree programs in Economics and Management (200), Political Science (50), Law (130) and the courses entirely held in English in Economics and Business (40) and Politics, Philosophy and Economics (30).
