These are just some of the questions that the Master in Organization and Human Resource Management responds to while teaching students the complex dynamics that regulate Human Resources.

The program seeks to:

Prepare students for the main challenges that Human Resources managers face on a daily basis, though a combination of applied research, theory and managerial exercises.
Teach efficient management techniques to resolve common organizational behavior issues.
Develop the necessary skills to create and implement basic Human Resource Management practices by training with experts in the field.
Support the development of analytical skills, working towards a goal, listening, teamwork and communication.
