As part of the activities under the Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability Office and with the collaboration of the Rector’s Advisor for Diversity & Inclusion, Luiss is developing its Gender Equality Plan (GEP), concrete action plan aimed at enhancing equality gender.
The plan aligns with the University’s commitment to Diversity & Inclusion, a route that Luiss is already undertaking. Luiss adopts a participatory process to develop its plan through the continuous involvement of the community via audits, focus groups and surveys aimed at gathering their needs, ideas, and suggestions on the thematic areas indicated by the European Commission.
The drafting and future adoption of the Luiss Gender Equality Plan is an important step for our University, testifying and strengthening Luiss’s constant commitment to inclusion and diversity enhancement.
