The Environment, Energy and Investment (EEI) Unit conducts interdisciplinary research on the governance of sustainability transitions, understood as socio-technical processes with profound implications for social organisation driven by global environmental change. Some of its key outputs so far include a co-operation agreement between the University of Cambridge (Department of Land Economy) and LUISS, which has provided a framework for academic exchanges and joint research projects.
