The Look4ward Observatory, born in 2023 in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo, wants to establish itself as a privileged point of reference in the analysis, understanding and monitoring of the developments taking place in the labor market in response to the evolution of digitalisation and the challenges linked to the green economy and health and care, to anticipate and guide the strategic choices of companies and training institutions, and inform the policies of public decision makers. The name of the Observatory recalls the idea of "looking beyond", therefore understanding the trend of phenomena in the present and anticipating future scenarios that will characterize the world of tomorrow's professions.
The Observatory will publish an annual report and in-depth working papers dedicated to specific focus areas. Events will be organized to present the results of the field investigations, which will include the participation of partner representatives, leading figures from the world of business, training, professions and institutions.
