EMPHA is an executive master's program conceived as a 360° training program for management and innovation in the health sector. It is a professional challenge, unique in its genre, designed specifically for those who work with a part-time formula structured in weekends of classroom training, alternating with online activities, adaptable to the needs of each participant.

The program offers a broad spectrum on the world of health; a global vision of the health, pharmaceutical and biomedical systems concerned; and a specific focus on the main issues of organizational management operating in these contexts. Its strongly practical and applied approach sees participants as actors” n the learning process. Learning takes place through national and international best practices, transmitted through meetings with leaders in the sector, as well as through the Learning Project, though the great added value of the EMPHA lies in the exchange of knowledge and skills between participants. For this reason, an important element for the success of the training program is the classroom’s makeup. Participants come from diverse backgrounds and sectors, but also have a common denominator: a desire to learn and innovate.
