Master’s Degree in Politics and Management of the Middle East and North Africa

This master’s program is geared toward students looking to become experts across the Islamic world, in Middle Eastern and North African countries, in particular. Students will be groomed for political science or management positions, taking first a pulse of the region, in terms of social, economic and financial conditions.
The program has been devised with input and support from the Moroccan Embassy and the Cultural Attachè office of Egypt, who will also provide precious insights and expertise to our master’s candidates.

Students will:

  • Hone their expertise governing the Islamic world from a legal and economic perspective, along with developing relative linguistic, financial and commercial knowledge employed throughout.
  • Acquire a broad perspective of the social and cultural context so they can successfully navigate the Islamic world through business or geo-politics.
  • Master the levers for dialogue and interaction between professionals across sectors as intermediaries working both to/from Italy and the Islamic world.
  • Learn to employ a rigorous, methodological approach for interpreting political currents and their economic and financial implications across the Mediterranean.
  • Become well-versed in the various tools and policies that companies or organizations have at their disposal when looking to engage with or expand into Islamic markets – including contracts, human resources, communications, management, et.al.
