Our University promotes a culture of inclusion and the valorization of diversity, with the aim of disseminating specific actions to strengthen its commitment to gender policies and social inclusion, which are key issues that cut across all areas of intervention. It is important to eliminate inequalities in all aspects of our lives to achieve the goals of sustainable and inclusive growth, now more than ever. Luiss recognizes its responsibility in educating not just professionals, but also citizens, and is committed to enhancing its Diversity & Inclusion policies on a daily basis. Luiss aims to raise awareness among both internal and external stakeholders about these issues. With this vision, in 2021, the Rector Magnificent established the position of Advisor for Diversity & Inclusion to implement measures, policies, and initiatives that promote equal opportunity and inclusion policies within the University, with the support of the Social Innovation, Diversity & Inclusion Office.
