LUISS University welcomed with great pleasure the news that Professor Enzo Moavero Milanesi, Director of the LUISS School of Law, has been nominated Minister of Foreign Affairs in Prime Minister Conte’s cabinet.
“The nomination of Professor Enzo Moavero Milanesi brings prestige to the University as well as the country, which can count on an extremely serious and competent figure, who will surely strengthen Italy’s presence in Europe and the world,” commented LUISS President Emma Marcegaglia.

Professor Enzo Moavero Milanesi began his collaboration with LUISS in 1993 and since 2014 he has been Associate Professor of European Union Law in the Department of Law.
In 2014, Moavero Milanesi was also nominated Director of the LUISS School of Law, offering specialized training in European and international legal studies, an innovative institute for legal studies in Italy, established as part of the University’s strategic plan.
