During this course, students will learn about trade policies regarding agro-food products between the EU and important global markets, as well as how to adapt, implement and take advance of the strict relationship between the EU and the U.S., China and other important commercial partners. The course includes elements from national, international and European law, giving an overview of both civil and common law.
