Program Insights
The fashion and luxury industries conjure up images of high-fashion runways, expensive accessories and luxury cars. However, in the globalization era, photo shoots and fashion weeks are just one part of the broader industry that ranges from luxury brands to fast fashion retailers and includes thousands of companies across the value chain.
Italian fashion and luxury products are renowned for their elegance, high quality materials and perfect design. In the past three years, the growth of fashion and luxury companies was faster than that of large-scale manufacturing and the industry rose above the others in terms of revenues, margins and workforce. The course focuses on the analysis of the shifting of fashion and luxury business models, which are experiencing constant transformation due to underlying shifts in technology, consumer desires, and globalization. Close attention is paid to focus on sales, promotion and buying of fashion and luxury products.
