Luiss organizes meetings every 8th of the month to promote gender equality and reduce discrimination, offering testimonies, presentations of initiatives, and talks. Through AnyGiven8, the University aims to emphasize the importance of gender equality and enhance it continuously, not just on specific anniversaries. These training and awareness events are open to the entire Luiss community and are focused on specific topics such as gender inequality in work and institutional settings, women’s empowerment, STEM careers, and gender-based violence. Top management, Luiss faculty, and the student body will accompany prestigious external guests in these discussions. The “Women’s on Stage” film festival is also part of the event series and open to the entire Luiss community, showcasing films on themes consistent with the topics discussed in the meetings.
