Luiss and ING Italia organized an event focusing on the gender gap and women’s empowerment, with an emphasis on promoting financial culture as a lever for the country’s growth. The panel discussion was attended by Andrea Prencipe, Luiss Rector; Stefano Lucchini, President of Fondazione per l'Educazione Finanziaria e al Risparmio; Annamaria Lusardi, Professor of Economics and Accounting at The George Washington University School of Business and Chair of the Committee for the planning and coordination of initiatives on financial education; Alessio Miranda, CEO of ING Italia; Giovanna Vallanti and Nicola Borri, Luiss Professors; and Emiliana de Blasio, Rector’s Advisor for Diversity and Inclusion. This event offered an opportunity to reflect on labor market perspectives in line with the SDGs.
