In 2022, Luiss joined Google’s initiative implemented by the non-profit organization SheTech, to offer two types of training workshops to all staff members. The #IamRemarkable Workshop focuses on group discussions aimed at empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their successes in both their personal and professional lives. Whereas, the #WomenWill Workshop focuses on the topic of inclusive leadership; a concept related to the importance of creating a positive work environment, fostering collaboration, empowering women, and breaking down gender stereotypes.
