Associate professor at the Department of Economics and Finance, Luiss University (Rome) and senior research fellow at the Luiss Lab of European Economics and the School of European Political Economy Luiss. She is also the Director of the BA programme in Economics and Business.

Macroeconomics: the course provides the methodological tools to understand the behavior of the major macroeconomic variables, such as GDP, unemployment and inflation. Several historic developments and empirical regularities are reviewed. The role of fiscal and monetary policy on macroeconomic performance is discussed.
The market, without knowing it, follows a law which transcends it: the law of probability" (Louis Bachelier). This is what Mathematical Finance is about: finding the right probability law for each problem.

Programme Insight
The BA program in Economics and Business aims at training open-minded and international-oriented students. The course provides extensive preparation in the most important economic fields and an excellent introduction to the fields of business and finance. Moreover, the program offers an introduction to the functioning of the main European institutions and to the regulatory requirements of various markets, with a special focus on competition and antitrust law. Students’ insights will be enriched by the international learning environment offered by Luiss with a constant interaction with international students and faculty and the opportunity to study a semester abroad in one of our many partner universities.
