The Luiss University accommodation office is available to help incoming students in their search for housing during their participation in Erasmus, Exchange, and Double-Degree programs.
We propose three solutions:
You can apply now for Luiss Residences and for private apartments.
Luiss University residences
Luiss University offers you the possibility to spend the period of your studies at one of our residences.
Spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Only students who will be assigned to Luiss Residences, will receive accommodation proposals. In case you do not receive any communication by the deadline, consider that the availabilities in Luiss Residences have ended.
Please remember that accommodation is not guaranteed.
Please note:
- The application period for those incoming in September 2024 is open from February 1st 2024 at noon (Italian time) to April 3rd 2024 at noon (communication of assignation by July 15th 2024)
- The application period for those incoming in February 2025 is open from August 1st 2024 at noon (Italian time) to October 3rd 2024 (communication of assignation by December 20th 2024)
WARNING: Applications submitted not observing the application period will not be taken into consideration.
Also students who have not been nominated yet can apply.
To confirm a reservation, students must pay a security deposit.
Cancellation policy:
In case of refusal after the payment of the security deposit, no reimbursement is available and the deposit is kept by Luiss University.
In case of breaching the contract after the arrival and before the end of the stay, besides losing the security deposit, the student must pay also 20% of the remaining installments.
Private residences
Luiss University has special agreements with private student residences near its campuses to offer students a variety of different housing options. If interested, students must contact the residences by calling them directly in order to check availabilities. For more information, follow this link.
Private apartments
For students who prefer private apartments, our free private housing service CasaLUISS offers different options based on the preferences indicated in the housing application form. The apartments are chosen among previously selected private owners and will be rented out with clear conditions and a regular contract. For more information, follow this link.
